The people of NYS vote on whether to hold a NY State Constitutional Convention in November 2037 If the Convention is approved, Delegates are elected by the voters for the Convention the following November. This only occurs every 20 years, it’s been voted down since the 1960s because there is never a proposed draft Constitution to consider it always just trust us.
